Robert glances at Erik but doesn't say anything. The Swede kept dropping compliments when they spoke, which was often. Tom thought it was funny and started picking on him about Erik having a crush on him. He could slap Tom silly for it, but they were like brothers and that was the nature of it. Just like the balled up paper earlier.

"It's a pain in the ass, is what it is." Robert grouches with good natured humor. He loved his hair but it was a bear to maintain.

"I'm surprised New York has any Jack left. I've never seen people drink so much and I used to live on an airforce base." Robert couldn't even imagine drinking as much as some of the band members did.
